Menakar Klaim Hijau dan Syariah: Akuntabilitas Ganda dalam Green Islamic FinTech

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan merumuskan kerangka konseptual untuk membaca ulang Islamic FinTech berbasis green finance melalui perspektif Ekoteologi Islam, maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, dan tata kelola keberlanjutan. Dengan menggunakan narrative literature review, studi ini menyintesis literatur yang terfragmentasi tentang Islamic FinTech, green finance, greenwashing, shariah governance, ecological governance, Ekoteologi Islam, dan maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Islamic FinTech masih banyak dipahami dalam kerangka teknis legal, terutama terkait efisiensi layanan, inklusi keuangan, dan kepatuhan akad. Pada saat yang sama, green finance menghadapi risiko greenwashing ketika klaim hijau tidak disertai pembuktian dampak. Dalam konteks Islamic FinTech, persoalan ini berkembang menjadi risiko legitimasi ganda karena klaim hijau dapat bertemu dengan klaim syariah yang belum tentu berorientasi pada maqāṣid. Studi ini mengusulkan shariah ecological governance sebagai kerangka konseptual yang menghubungkan shariah screening, ecological screening, maqāṣid assessment, impact reporting, digital traceability, audit syariah ekologis, dan akuntabilitas pemangku kepentingan. Kontribusi utama studi ini terletak pada pergeseran cara membaca Islamic FinTech dari platform transaksi menuju rezim akuntabilitas dampak berbasis maqāṣid dan tanggung jawab ekologis.
