All articles published in Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Perbankan Syariah are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

  1. Grant of Rights to Users

Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 open access license, anyone is free to:

  • Share: Copy, redistribute, and transmit the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial use.
  1. Mandatory Conditions for Reuse

Reuse of published content is permitted under the following conditions:

  • Attribution (BY): Users must give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and the original publication source (Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah), provide a link to the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, and indicate if any modifications were made. This must be done in a reasonable manner that does not imply endorsement by the journal or the authors.
  • ShareAlike (SA): If users remix, transform, or build upon the material, they must distribute their contributions or derivative works under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license as the original.
  1. Copyright Retention and Author Rights
  • Author Retention of Copyright: Authors retain full, unrestricted copyright and publishing rights for their published articles without limitations.
  • Right of First Publication: Authors grant Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah a non-exclusive license to publish, archive, and display the article as the original publisher.
  • Self-Archiving Rights: Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit all versions of their article (pre-print, accepted manuscript post-print, or final published PDF) in personal websites, institutional repositories, or academic databases (e.g., ORCID, ResearchGate, Academia.edu) immediately upon publication, provided that appropriate citation and a link to the official journal record are included.
