Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Perbankan Syariah (e-ISSN: 2580-5800, p-ISSN: 2527-6344) is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research in the fields of Islamic economics, sharia finance, and Islamic banking.

  1. Publication Frequency

The journal is published three (3) times a year (triannually / every 4 months):

  • Issue 1 (April): Scheduled for publication at the end of April.
  • Issue 2 (August): Scheduled for publication at the end of August.
  • Issue 3 (December): Scheduled for publication at the end of December.

Each volume corresponds to one calendar year and consists of these 3 regular issues.

To ensure timely publication for each issue, authors are strongly encouraged to submit their manuscripts according to the following recommended submission windows:

  1. Publication Workflow & Turnaround Time

Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah adheres to a rigorous and efficient editorial workflow:

  • Initial Desk Evaluation: 3 – 7 days.
  • Double-Blind Peer Review Process: 4 – 8 weeks.
  • Revision and Final Decision: 2 – 4 weeks.
  • Copyediting & Layout Formatting: 2 weeks prior to scheduled publication.
  • Average Time from Submission to Publication: 10 – 14 weeks.
  1. Online First / Continuous Publication Policy

Once a manuscript is accepted, copyedited, and proofread, it may be published online under the "Articles in Press" / "Online First" section ahead of the formal issue release. This ensures rapid dissemination and immediate citation availability for authors.

  1. Open Access Availability

All articles published in Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah are immediately available online upon publication under an Open Access model. Full-text articles in PDF format can be read, downloaded, and shared freely without any subscription barriers.
