COPYRIGHT NOTICE & LICENSING TERMS

  1. Copyright Ownership

Authors who publish with Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Perbankan Syariah agree to the following terms:

  • Author Retention of Copyright: Authors retain full copyright of their articles without restrictions. Authors grant Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah the right of first publication under a Creative Commons license.
  • Non-Exclusive Rights: Authors retain the right to enter into separate, non-exclusive distribution arrangements for the article's published version (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository, personal website, or publishing it in a book chapter), provided that its initial publication in Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah is properly acknowledged.

  1. Self-Archiving & Repository Policy

Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah permits and encourages authors to archive and share their work to increase readership and citation impact:

  • Pre-print Version: Authors are permitted to post pre-print versions (manuscripts before peer review) in institutional or disciplinary repositories.
  • Post-print Version (Accepted Manuscript): Authors are permitted to post post-print versions (accepted manuscripts after peer review) prior to layout formatting.
  • Published PDF / Version of Record: Authors are encouraged to share and deposit the final, published PDF version of their articles on personal/institutional websites, academic networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu, ORCID), and social media platforms immediately upon online publication.

Upon submission of a manuscript to Jurnal Masharif Al-Syariah, the corresponding author, on behalf of all co-authors, confirms that:

  1. The manuscript is an original work and does not infringe upon any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
  2. The manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  3. All authors have read, approved, and agreed to the copyright and CC BY-SA 4.0 licensing terms stated herein.
