Kesenjangan Digitalisasi Ziswaf di Indonesia 2022–2024: Analisis Sistematik dan Kerangka Strategi Penguatan Lembaga Keuangan Sosial Islam

Lembaga Keuangan Sosial Islam (LKSI) yang mengelola instrumen zakat, infak, sedekah, dan wakaf (ZISWAF) memegang peran strategis dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi umat di Indonesia. Di tengah akselerasi transformasi digital, LKSI dituntut beradaptasi secara cepat dan terencana. Kajian ini bertujuan: (1) menganalisis kondisi terkini LKSI berdasarkan data terverifikasi periode 2022–2024; (2) memetakan tantangan dan peluang transformasi digital secara komprehensif; serta (3) merumuskan strategi penguatan kelembagaan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA, data dikumpulkan dari laporan resmi BAZNAS dan BWI serta 18 artikel jurnal nasional-internasional terverifikasi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan potensi zakat nasional mencapai Rp327 triliun per tahun, namun realisasi 2023 hanya Rp32,3 triliun (±10%). Di sektor wakaf, akumulasi wakaf uang baru Rp2,23 triliun dari potensi Rp180 triliun per tahun. Kesenjangan ini disebabkan lemahnya literasi ZISWAF, minimnya integrasi data, serta regulasi yang belum adaptif. Digitalisasi membuka peluang perluasan basis donatur melalui fintech syariah dan peningkatan transparansi melalui blockchain. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan empat strategi: integrasi fintech syariah, penerapan blockchain untuk tata kelola, penguatan literasi ZISWAF berbasis digital, dan sinergi antarlembaga dalam ekosistem keuangan sosial Islam.
