Abstract

Income inequality remains a serious problem in the Indonesian economy. To achieve equitable social welfare, the government is striving to reduce income inequality in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic microfinance, minimum wages, economic growth, and the Human Development Index (HDI) on income inequality in Indonesia. Data used ranges from 2020 to 2024 across 17 provinces in Indonesia. The research method used is a panel data regression analysis model with the selected model being the Fixed Effects Model (FEM).
