Pengaruh User Interface dan User Experience Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah dalam Produk Easy Wadiah BSI Mobile Banking

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) berdampak pada loyalitas nasabah dalam produk BSI Mobile Banking dengan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini menggunakan TAM untuk melihat hubungan antara User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU) dan loyalitas nasabah. Untuk mengumpulkan data, penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan secara online kepada 400 pengguna BSI Mobile Banking di wilayah Solo Raya. Dari data yang terkumpul, 394 data dinyatakan valid untuk dianalis lebih lanjut menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan software SmartPLS 4.1.0.9. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa UI dan UX secara tidak langsung memiliki dampak positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah.
