Analisis Studi Kelayakan Bisnis Pada Dapur Bilqis Cake & Cookies Ditinjau Dari Aspek Pasar Pemasaran, Hukum Dan Produksi

Studi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menilai keberhasilan usaha makanan ringan Dapur Bilqis Cake & Cookies di Desa Karangsari, untuk menilai keberlanjutan bisnis dari perspektif pasar pemasaran, hukum dan produksi. Studi ini merupakan jenis penelitian empiris yang dilakukan dilapangan. Hasil studi ini menunjukan bahwa usaha makanan ringan Dapur Bilqis Cake & Cookies di Desa Karangsari dari aspek pasar pemasaran, hukum dan produksi dikatakan layak, karena media promosi yang digunakan dengan baik melalui platform sosial media maupun dari orang ke orang secara langsung. Strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk produk yang memiliki standar kualitas yang tinggi, harga yang terjangkau agar dapat diakses oleh berbagai golongan masyarakat, pendistribusian yang cukup luasdiberbagai daerah di Cikarang dan sekitarnya. Aspek hukum yangterdaftar meliputi Nomor Induk Berusaha, merek dagang serta legalitas dan aspek produksi yang meliputi proses pembuatan yang tidak sulit dan penggunaan bahan baku berkualitas tinggi.
