Criptocurrency Menurut Kaidah Sadd Adz-Dzari’ah

Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan zaman menuntut manusia untuk mengikuti setiap perubahan yang terjadi, terkhusus dalam hal transaksi keuangan. Mulai dari barter hingga uang digital, selalu terjadi perubahan seiring berkembangnya teknologi. Permasalahan yang ada dalam uang digital menghadirkan cryptocurrency sebagai solusi untuk dapat digunakan sebagai alat transaksi. Kehadiran crypto menjadi jawaban sekaligus permasalahan baru dalam dunia keuangan, sehingga tidak seluruh negara mengakuinya sebagai mata uang. Perbedaan pengakuan dari berbagai negara pasti didasari karena adanya permasalahan didalamnya. Dalam hal muamalah, islam telah mengatur syarat-syarat yang harus dipenuhi. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas mengenai Cryptocurrency dalam pandangan sadd Adz-Dzari’ah yang diharapkan mampu memberikan wawasan lebih mendalam mengenai cryptocurrency dalam sudut pandang islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah deskriptif dengn menggunakan library research. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mata uang crypto yang beredar pada saat ini masih memiliki berbagai permasalahan. Oleh karena itu, dalam sudut sadd Adz-Dzari’ah cryptocurrency ini tidak dapat digunakan sebagai alat transaksi.
