Plagiarism Threshold

MUST: Journal of Mathematics Education, Science and Technology is committed to maintaining academic integrity and originality in scientific publications. All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Authors must properly acknowledge all sources, including quotations, ideas, data, figures, tables, and other materials obtained from previous publications. Any reproduction of copyrighted material must comply with applicable copyright regulations and licensing requirements.

The Editorial Board uses Turnitin to detect textual similarities and potential plagiarism. The journal establishes a maximum similarity index of 20% for all submitted manuscripts.

Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% will not proceed to the peer review process until the necessary revisions have been made. However, a similarity score below 20% does not automatically guarantee the absence of plagiarism. The Editorial Board reserves the right to reject manuscripts containing plagiarism or other violations of publication ethics, regardless of the similarity percentage.
