Penulis yang ingin memasukkan naskah harus memperhatikan poin-poin di bawah ini. Jika naskah tidak sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan, ada kemungkinan naskah tersebut akan dikembalikan.
  • Penyerahan belum diterbitkan sebelumnya, atau sedang dalam pertimbangan jurnal lain (atau sebuah penjelasan belum disediakan dalam komentar kepada editor).
  • File naskah dalam format file dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, atau WordPerfect.
  • Ketika tersedia, URLs untuk referensi telah disediakan.
  • Teks 1 spasi; font 12; italic; tidak digaribawahi (kecuali alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, figur, dan tabel yang ditempatkan di dalam teks pada poin yang tepat, jangan di akhir.
  • Teks yang mematuhi persyaratan mengenai perpustakaan dan gaya bahasa digambarkan secara garis besar di Petunjuk Penulis, yang akan ditemukan dalam halaman Tentang Kami.
  • Jika penerimaan untuk bagian peer-review dari jurnal, instruksinya terdapat di Memastikan Reviewer Anonim telah diikuti.

Author Guidelines

Guidelines for the writing of articles at ACADEMOS : Jurnal Hukum dan Hukum Tatanan Sosial can be seen as follows:

Articles are the author's original scientific work and have never been published or are in the process of being published by other media;

Articles must be in accordance with the surrounding style and journal template;

Articles can be written in English;

Articles submitted to ACADEMOS have been written in A4 paper, Margin (Top: 3 cm, left: 4 cm, bottom: 3 cm, Right: 3 cm), Book Antiqua 12 pt, 1 space, and ranging in length from 10-20 pages;

The article emphasizes the study of Legal and Social Sciences in Democracies in general and especially in Indonesia by emphasizing existing legal theories and practices in the legal world, and most importantly that legal research does not focus on normative approaches only, can also use socio-legal approaches (see Focus and Scope);

Authors should submit articles that review actual themes within the scope of Legal and social Issues with approaches to various disciplines, showing sharpness of analysis, reference updates, and no plagiarism. The author must fill out a form for the authenticity of the article;

The articles systematics are:

  • Title;
  • Author name (without academic degree), affiliation, and e-mail;
  • Abstracts contain between 200-300 words;
  • Keywords, between 3-5 words;
  • Introduction (at the end, equipped with research methods);
  • Result and Discussion
  • Subtitles (according to the needs of analysis and discussion);
  • Conclusion;
  • Acknowledgment;
  • Reference.

Articles submitted to ACADEMOS have been written using the Mendeley or Zotero manager reference app with the 17th Edition APA Style Format (footnotes);

The articles submitted through online submissions must contain the articles file and the academic biographical data;

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines

  1.
