Copyright Notice

1. Authors retain copyright and grant ACADEMOS Jurnal Hukum dan Tatanan Sosial the right to publish their work under a Licence Atribusi Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0) that allows others to share the work with proper attribution to the authors and acknowledgement of the initial publication in the journal.
2. Authors are given the ability to negotiate a separate contractual arrangement for non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their work, such as submitting it to an institutional repository or editing it into a book, while still recognising the initial publication in this journal. This provision allows authors to explore additional avenues for disseminating their research and recognises this journal as the original source of publication.
3. Authors are allowed and encouraged to post their work online, such as in institutional repositories or their personal websites, before and during the submission process. This practice facilitates productive exchanges and allows earlier and wider citation of published work. By allowing preprints or early versions to be shared, the aim is to encourage collaboration and accelerate the dissemination of research findings.
