Digital Archiving Policy
Sustainable Jurnal Akuntansi is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published scholarly articles. To maintain the sustainability and integrity of the digital record, the journal implements the following digital archiving policies:
- National & International Digital Archiving Systems
- PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): This journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to create a decentralized archiving system among participating libraries, allowing those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes.
- LOCKSS & CLOCKSS: The journal uses the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to ensure secure and permanent archiving of all journal content.
- Institutional and Self-Archiving (Repository Policy) Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit the final published version (PDF) of their articles into their institutional repositories, subject repositories, or public repositories (such as Indonesia OneSearch, ResearchGate, Academia.edu, or OSF) immediately following publication.
- Internal Journal Archiving All published issues are archived locally on the journal's primary server and systematically backed up to secondary storage facilities to prevent data loss due to unforeseen technical issues.
