Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Fund policy in economic and infrastructure development to improve community welfare in Maras Jauh Village, Semindang Alas Maras District, Seluma Regency. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through field studies and a review of relevant literature. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results show that: (1) the competence of village officials, particularly their understanding of regulations and village financial management, significantly influences the success of development programs; (2) active community participation in planning, implementation, and supervision enhances the effectiveness of Village Fund utilization; and (3) transparency and collaboration between the village government and external institutions support more directed and sustainable economic development.
