Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi blockchain dalam sistem kliring dan penyelesaian pasar keuangan di KPWD Padangsidimpuan. Menilai dampak implementasi blockchain terhadap efisiensi dan penyelesaian transaksi pasar keuangan di Wilayah KPWD Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksploratif dan deskriptif. Kedua jenis penelitian ini dipilih untuk menggali pemahaman yang mendalam dan komprehensif tentang implementasi blockchain pada sistem kliring dan penyelesaian pasar keuangan di wilayah KPWD Padangsidimpuan. Hasil penelitian ini hasil penelitian,ini sebagai berikut : 1) Berdasarkan analisis matriks IE posisi Blockchain KPWD    padangsidimpuan ada pada kuadran I. Strategi intensif melalui pengembangan sistem dapat dilaksanakan dengan konsep integrasi system. 2) Berdasarkan analisis SWOT strategi yang dirumuskan untuk mengembangkan implementasi blockchain di KPWD Wilayah Padangsidimpuan yaitu: a) Mengintegrasikan sistem dan segala proses kliring dengan aplikasi terintegrasi antar seluruh bank di Padangsidimpuan dan Bank Indonesia. b) Melakukan Kerja sama antara lembaga pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan perusahaan teknologi dapat mempercepat adopsi blockchain di sektor pasar keuangan. c) Ekspansi Permintaan pasar untuk sistem penyelesaian transaksi yang lebih cepat, murah, dan transparan dapat mendorong adopsi teknologi blockchain. d) Digitalisasi sektor keuangan memberikan peluang besar untuk memperkenalkan dan mengembangkan sistem blockchain
