Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep dan pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Lubuk Unen Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap pembangunan ekonomi umat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan teologis dan fenomenologis. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi dengan informan dari pihak desa, pendamping PKH, dan penerima manfaat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKH di Desa Lubuk Unen telah dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan utama: identifikasi dan seleksi penerima, sosialisasi dan pendampingan, serta pencairan bantuan. Program ini dinilai sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam seperti tauhid, keadilan (‘adl), tolong-menolong (ta’awun), kemaslahatan (maslahah), pengelolaan (khalifah), dan pemberdayaan (tamkin). Dampak positif PKH terhadap pembangunan ekonomi umat meliputi peningkatan pendapatan keluarga, kemandirian ekonomi, penurunan angka pengangguran, pemberdayaan ekonomi, serta peningkatan akses terhadap pendidikan dan kesehatan. Dengan demikian, PKH tidak hanya efektif dalam mengentaskan kemiskinan, tetapi juga sejalan dengan nilai-nilai syariah Islam dalam membangun kesejahteraan umat secara berkelanjutan
