EKONOMI INDUSTRI HALAL: STUDI KASUS PENERAPAN PRINSIP SYARIAH PADA USAHA ES KELAPA JERUK PEMUDA

Sektor halal berkembang pesat secara global, didorong oleh meningkatnya kesadaran konsumen Muslim akan pentingnya produk dan layanan yang sesuai syariah. Indonesia, sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar, memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor ini, khususnya melalui peran usaha mikro. Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan prinsip ekonomi syariah pada usaha mikro Es Kelapa Jeruk Pemuda sebagai contoh nyata pelaku industri halal lokal. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian menemukan bahwa usaha ini konsisten menerapkan prinsip Islam dalam operasionalnya, mulai dari produksi yang halal dan bersih, transaksi tanpa gharar dan riba, hingga pengelolaan keuntungan yang adil dan berkah. Nilai-nilai etika bisnis Islam seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat juga dijunjung tinggi. Usaha ini mencerminkan pentingnya maqashid syariah, terutama prinsip keadilan (al-‘adl), kemaslahatan (maslahah), dan penghindaran riba sebagai dasar kegiatan ekonomi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa usaha kecil berperan penting dalam membangun industri halal yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan, sekaligus menunjukkan bahwa prinsip ekonomi Islam dapat diterapkan secara efektif dalam konteks mikroekonomi yang nyata dan bermanfaat.
