Efektivitas Penggunaan Sistem Informasi BSI Mobile dan Byond by BSI dalam Meningkatkan Layanan Perbankan (Studi Kasus pada Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia di Kota Sukabumi)

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam sektor perbankan, termasuk dalam layanan mobile banking. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) menghadirkan dua aplikasi digital, yaitu BSI Mobile dan Byond by BSI, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan layanan perbankan. Namun, efektivitas kedua aplikasi tersebut dalam meningkatkan layanan perbankan masih menjadi pertanyaan di kalangan nasabah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan sistem informasi BSI Mobile dan Byond by BSI dalam meningkatkan layanan perbankan berdasarkan persepsi nasabah di Kota Sukabumi serta membandingkan keunggulan fitur antarmuka dan layanan antara keduanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data didapatkan dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap 10 orang informan yang merupakan nasabah aktif pengguna BSI Mobile maupun Byond by BSI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kedua aplikasi memiliki kelebihan masing-masing dalam kemudahan transaksi, aksesibilitas dan fitur layanan. Byond by BSI dinilai lebih modern dan cepat dalam hal antarmuka, sedangkan BSI Mobile dianggap lebih familiar dan stabil oleh sebagian nasabah. Namun, kedua aplikasi sama-sama berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan efisiensi layanan perbankan
