Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam: Studi Kasus PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II

Penelitian ini menganalisis tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility/CSR) PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II berdasarkan perspektif ekonomi Islam. Dalam ekonomi Islam, CSR tidak hanya berfokus pada keuntungan material, tetapi juga menekankan keseimbangan nilai ekonomi, sosial, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan sesuai prinsip syariah. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengevaluasi program CSR perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV telah mencerminkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam seperti keadilan, keseimbangan, dan kepedulian sosial, terutama dalam program pemberdayaan masyarakat dan pelestarian lingkungan. Namun, transparansi dan pengukuran dampak jangka panjang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini memberikan perspektif baru dengan mengevaluasi CSR berbasis syariah pada sektor perkebunan, yang jarang dibahas sebelumnya. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi panduan bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola CSR berbasis syariah secara lebih optimal di masa depan.
