Kewirausahaan Anak Penyandang Disabilitas di SLB Dharma Wanita Jiwan dalam Usaha Mengahadapi Era Industri 4.0

Berkembangnya era industri 4.0 di dunia saat ini, menyebabkan persaingan di berbagai aspek kehidupan yang sangat ketat. Bagi anak penyandang disabilitas tantangan di era 4.0 merupakan sebuah peluang dan bisa juga menjadi ancaman yang serius. Disinilah peran lembaga pendidikan dibutuhkan untuk membekali anak difabel dengan berbagai kompetensi, baik kompetensi akademik, sosial, spiritual, moralitas, dan kompetensi kecakapan hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pelaksanaan program kewirausahaan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Dharma Wanita Jiwan dan melihat sejauh mana dampak program kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan kreativitas dan produktivitas siswa di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Dharma Wanita Jiwan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Dharma Wanita Jiwan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipatoris, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data meliputi reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. Sedangkan Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa 1) program kewirausahan di SLB Dharma Wanita Jiwan adalah a) pemetaan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan dan indikator keberhasilan pada setiap jenjang; 2) program pendidikan kewirausahaan di sekolah dapat diinternalisasikan melalui kegiatan terpadu dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler; 2) Output yang dihasilkan dalam program kewirausahaan di SLB Dharma Wanita Jiwan efektif dan berhasil membentuk jiwa kewirausahaan siswa.
