Pandangan Ulama Nu Dan Muhammadiyah Terhadap Fenomena Pencabulan Anak Di Kota Probolinggo

Penelitian ini mengkaji pandangan ulama Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) dan Muhammadiyah terhadap fenomena pencabulan anak di Kota Probolinggo. Anak-anak, sebagai generasi penerus bangsa, memerlukan perlindungan khusus, terutama dari tindakan kekerasan seksual yang semakin meningkat. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik ulama NU maupun Muhammadiyah mengecam keras tindakan pencabulan anak, yang dianggap bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai moral dan ajaran Islam. Kedua kelompok ulama tersebut menekankan pentingnya pendidikan moral dan agama sebagai langkah preventif utama, serta mendukung penegakan hukum yang tegas terhadap pelaku. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan pendekatan dalam penanganan kasus, pandangan kedua organisasi ini saling melengkapi dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan pencabulan anak. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai peran ulama dalam merumuskan kebijakan dan strategi yang sesuai dengan norma agama dan nilai-nilai masyarakat untuk melindungi anak-anak dari kekerasan seksual.
