Pembagian Harta Waris Di Desa Pantenan Kecamatan Panceng Kabupaten Gresik Dalam Perspektif Fikih Waris

Fikih mawaris merupakan ilmu fikih yang mempelajari hal pemindahan
kepemilikan harta peninggalan dan orang yang meninggal dunia kepada yang
masih hidup, baik mengenai harta yang ditinggalkan, ketentuan orang-orang yang
berhak menerima bagian, ketentuan besaran bagian masing-masing, serta tata cara
pembagian sesuai aturan syar’i.
Dalam hal ini penelitian ini fokus pada pembagian harta waris di desa pantenan
kecamatan penceng kabupaten gresik dalam prespektif fikih waris. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian bahwa
pembagian waris di Desa Pantenan Kec. Panceng Kab. Gresik menggunakan
sistem musyawarah yang menemui rasa keadilan.
