Analisis Maqasid Syariah Terhadap Implementasi Penyaluran Dan Penghimpunan Dana Ziswaf Pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Baitulmal Tazkia

Kehadiran Lembaga Amil Zakat di tengah masyarakat memilki peranan penting dalam pembangunan sosial tak terkecuali LAZ Baitul Maal Tazkia, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji sejauh mana implementasi penyaluran dan pengumpulan dana zakat, infaq, sedekah, dan Wakaf (ZISWAF) pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Baitulmal Tazkia telah memenuhi tujuan syariah. Tujuan syariah dalam konteks zakat yakni untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, baik secara material maupun spiritual. Hasil kajian paper ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi Lembaga Amil Zakat Baitulmal Tazkia dalam meningkatkan kualitas implementasi penyaluran dan pengumpulan dana ZISWAF. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif serta menggabungkan analisis literatur formal untuk memenuhi kriteria sebagai penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ininadalah dalam penghimpunan dan penyaluran dana ZIS sudah sesuai dg syariat melalui berbagai program sosial dan pendidikan serta pengelolaan keuangan yang akuntable. Program-program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Analisis Maqasid Syariah dalam implementasi penyaluran dan penghimpunan dana ZISWAF oleh Lembaga Baitulmal Tazkia mencakup prinsip-prinsip seperti keadilan, keseimbangan, manfaat, dan keberlanjutan, yang sangat penting dalam mengelola dana ZISWAF. Implementasi ZISWAF yang efektif dapat berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat dan kesejahteraan sosial.
