Abstrak
Berdasarkan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional No 25/DSN-
MUI/III/2002 tanggal 26 juni yang menyatakan bahwa besarnya biaya jasa
penyimpanan tidak boleh ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah pinjaman.
Pegadaian Syariah hanya akan memperoleh keuntungan dari biaya sewa
tempat penyimpanan.
