RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN IMPLEMENTATION OF NURSING ROUNDS AND PATIENT SATISFACTION IN INPATIENT ROOMS

Tujuan : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan ronde keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang Darussalam 5 Rumah Sakit Al Islam Bandung.
Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode quota sampling. Instrumen kepuasan pasien menggunakan kuesioner kepuasan pasien terhadap mutu asuhan keperawatan (PSNCQQ) sedangkan instrumen ronde keperawatan menggunakan instrumen yang terstandar di Rumah Sakit Al Islam Bandung. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Fisher exact.
Hasil : Menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara pelaksanaan ronde keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien (p=0,002), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pelaksanaan ronde keperawatan dengan kepuasan pasien di Ruang Darussalam 5 Rumah Sakit Al Islam Bandung.
Kesimpulan : Pelaksanaan ronde keperawatan oleh perawat berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien.
