Abstrak

Gangguan Musculoskeletal  merupakan masalah kesehatan kerja yang sering dialami petani akibat postur kerja yang tidak ergonomis, aktivitas fisik berat, dan kurangnya pengetahuan pencegahan cedera. Berdasarkan penelitian, 70,4% petani di Kecamatan Metro Utara mengalami keluhan Musculoskeletal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan petani mengenai postur kerja ergonomis, gizi kerja, dan manfaat peregangan, serta melakukan skrining keluhan Musculoskeletal dan pengukuran status gizi. Metode yang digunakan ialah pendekatan Pengkajian Pedesaan Partisipatif dengan melibatkan kelompok tani, Puskesmas Banjarsari, dan Balai Penyuluh Pertanian Kecamatan Metro Utara. Sebanyak 30 petani berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Hasil skrining didapatkan sebesar 23% mengalami hipertensi, Gula Darah Sewaktu ≥200 mg/dl sebesar 6,7% dan obesitas sebesar 6,7%. Hasil paired t-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor pengetahuan dari rata-rata 59,8 menjadi 76,4 (p<0,05). Kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan pembentukan Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja (UKK) dan media edukasi berupa leaflet ergonomi bagi petani. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan petani serta menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis kesehatan kerja di sektor pertanian.
