Pengaruh LMX Terhadap Stres dan Kinerja Individu Pada Mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the effect of Leader Exchange Member on Student Performance. LMX is the perception of the relationship of trust that is formed and occurs between superiors and subordinates. In the context of higher education, superiors are lecturers and subordinates are students. The results of this study are useful for the organization concerned to support and improve student performance. The subjects of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with data collection using an online questionnaire, researchers obtained 89 respondents. Data analysis used regression with SPSS 20 as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that LMX has a significant effect on organizational performance. However, LMX had no significant effect on stress.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Leader Member Exchange Kinerja Mahasiswa. LMX adalah persepsi tentang hubungan kepercayaan yang terbentuk dan terjadi antara atasan dan bawahannya. Dalam konteks perguruan tinggi, atasan merupakan dosen dan bawahan adalah mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini berguna bagi organisasi yang bersangkutan untuk memungkinkan dan meningkatkan kinerja mahasiswa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner online, peneliti memperoleh 89 responden. Analisis data menggunakan regresi dengan SPSS 20 sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LMX berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Namun, LMX tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres.
