Problematika Pembelajaran Daring dalam Perspektif Mahasiswa
Abstract
Abstrak: Pandemic Covid-19 memaksa pembelajaran dilakukan secara online. Pembelajaran online memiliki banyak kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan survey. Instrument yang digunakan berupa angket. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD. Lokasi penelitian di Universitas Mataram. Melalui penelitian ini permasalahan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dapat terdata. Pendataan terhadap masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa dapat digunakan untuk perbaikan sistem pembelajaran online di kemudian hari. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini antara lain apa saja masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring? Apakah mahasiswa mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan model pembelajaran daring? Masalah apa saja yang harus dilakukan evaluasi dalam perspektif mahasiswa? Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masalah yang dihadapi mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring antara lain koneksi internet, media daring sering eror dan keterbatasan kuota internet. Sebagian besar mahasiswa tidak dapat mengikuti pembelajaran online dengan baik. Banyak mahasiswa yang mengaku jenuh dan kurang fokus jika belajar secara online. Kriteria media daring yang disukai mahasiswa adalah menggunakan media yang irit kuota, tidak butuh jaringan kuat, dan mudah digunakan. Masalah yang harus dievaluasi dalam pembelajaran daring menurut mahasiswa adalah metode pembelajaran, penggunaan media daring dari dosen, ketersediaan koneksi dan kuota internet mahasiswa.

Abstract: Covid-19 pandemic forces learning to be done online. Online learning has many obstacles. This study aims to determine the problems faced by students in online learning. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection uses surveys. The instrument used in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The subjects in this study were PGSD students. Research location at the University of Mataram. Through this research, the problems faced by students can be recorded. Data collection on problems faced by students can be used to improve online learning systems in the future. The main problems in this study include what are the problems faced by students during online learning? Are students able to adjust to the online learning model? What issues should be evaluated in online learning from the perspective of students? The results showed that problems faced by students during online learning include internet connections, online media often an error, and limited internet quota. Most students cannot participate in online learning well. Many students claim to be bored and lack of focus when studying online. Online media criteria that students like are using quota-efficient media, do not need strong networks and are easy to use. Problems that must be evaluated in online learning according to students are learning methods, use of online media from lecturers, availability of connections and student internet quota.
