Justitia Jurnal Hukum

JUSTITIA JOURNAL OF LAW (JJH) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, open access journal established by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya.
JJH is a journal that aims to publish high quality research papers as well as conceptual analyses that study specific areas of law, such as Criminal law, civil law, HTN/HAN, fundamental law, legal theory, comparative law, and human rights issues particularly in Southeast Asia. The journal consists of one volume with two issue per years (April and October).


JJH accepts article submissions from all over the world. All submitted articles must be written in English (since 2021), have not been published elsewhere, be original, and not under consideration for other publications. To check for plagiarism, the JJH Editorial Board will conduct a plagiarism check using the Turnitin Programme. If any indication of plagiarism is found (above 15%), the editorial board will automatically reject the manuscript.


JJH is indexed in SINTA 3 (since 7 December 2022), Google Scholar, and Garuda.
