Abstrak

Tujuan: Penyakit jantung koroner (PJK) memerlukan terapi farmakologis seumur hidup untuk mencegah komplikasi, namun kepatuhan minum obat masih menjadi tantangan utama. Usia dianggap sebagai salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi persepsi pasien terhadap penyakit serta perilaku kepatuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kelompok usia dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien penyakit jantung koroner di RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung.

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang melibatkan 60 pasien penyakit jantung koroner yang berkunjung ke Poliklinik Jantung RSUD Dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Kelompok usia dikategorikan berdasarkan klasifikasi Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, sedangkan kepatuhan minum obat diukur menggunakan kuesioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale-8 (MMAS-8). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan uji korelasi Spearman Rank.

Hasil: Mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan berada pada kelompok usia lansia akhir (56–65 tahun) serta manula (>65 tahun). Sebagian besar pasien menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan minum obat yang tinggi (83,3%). Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara usia dengan kepatuhan minum obat (r = 0,433; p = 0,000), yang mengindikasikan bahwa pasien dengan usia lebih tua cenderung memiliki tingkat kepatuhan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pasien usia lebih muda.

Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelompok usia dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien PJK. Pasien usia lanjut menunjukkan tingkat kepatuhan yang lebih baik, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang spesifik berdasarkan usia untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat, khususnya pada pasien usia lebih muda dengan penyakit jantung koroner.
