Abstrak
Desa Sumbersekar, Kecamatan Dau, Kabupaten Malang merupakan wilayah yang memiliki potensi pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis ecoprint. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk ecoprint yang dihasilkan oleh Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Aiseco di Desa Sumbersekar melalui pelatihan penggunaan mordan Epsom (Magnesium Sulfat). Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah hasil warna ecoprint yang kurang tajam, cepat pudar, dan kurang konsisten. Pelatihan difokuskan pada teknik penggunaan mordan Epsom untuk memperkuat penyerapan zat warna alami dari daun dan bunga ke media kain. Metode kegiatan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor ketajaman warna dari 2,0 menjadi 4,0, serta 90% peserta menyatakan menggunakan mordan Epsom tampak lebih tajam. Selain itu, 80% peserta menyatakan proses mudah diterapkan kembali secara mandiri.dan lebih konsisten kualitasnya. Kesimpulannya, kegiatan pengabdian ini tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan kualitas produk ecoprint kain di UMKM Aiseco, tetapi juga mendorong inovasi produk ramah lingkungan berbasis kearifan lokal, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri pelaku usaha, serta membuka peluang pasar melalui jejaring digital dan kerjasama dengan toko oleh-oleh lokal. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk unggulan ecoprint UMKM Aiseco dan menjadi model pengembangan berkelanjutan bagi pelaku usaha sejenis di sektor kerajinan ramah lingkungan.
