Konstruksi Etika Digital Berbasis Akhlak Karimah sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Cyberbulliying pada peserta Didik

The shift of social interactions into digital spaces has generated increasingly complex ethical challenges, one of which is reflected in the growing prevalence of cyberbullying among students. This condition indicates a decline in digital ethics and highlights the urgent need to strengthen moral and spiritual values as the foundation of character formation. This study aims to analyze the role of Akhlak Karīmah in shaping digital ethics and serving as a preventive approach to cyberbullying behavior among students. The research employs a qualitative-normative approach with a conceptual study design through a comprehensive literature review of primary Islamic sources, classical and contemporary Islamic scholarship, and interdisciplinary academic literature, supported by survey data from 32 respondents. Data analysis is conducted using qualitative content analysis and conceptual analysis to contextualize moral values within digital interaction practices. The findings reveal that the majority of respondents (84%) perceive ethics, morality, and moral conduct as fundamental elements of life and as significant factors in preventing cyberbullying in digital environments. This study concludes that the internalization of Akhlak Karīmah functions as a transcendent ethical framework that effectively guides students’ behavior in digital spaces, fosters empathy and responsibility, and contributes to the establishment of a civilized digital order.
