Kode Etik Guru, Integrasi Dan Profesionalisme Dalam Perspektif Pendidikan Islam

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing teacher integrity through the implementation of a professional code of ethics, emphasizing internal, external, regulatory, digital, and spiritual aspects. The research method used is a library study with a thematic content analysis design of academic literature, regulatory documents, and relevant religious sources in the 2015–2025 period. The results show that teacher integrity is a multidimensional construct formed by the interaction between personal moral values, school culture, ethical leadership, compliance with Law No. 14 of 2005, and digital literacy. From an Islamic education perspective, the spiritual dimension becomes the foundation of transcendental morals through the internalization of the value of trust that strengthens the consistency between words and actions as a form of worship. The conclusion of this study confirms that the implementation of a comprehensive code of ethics has implications for improving the quality of learning and public trust. Further research is recommended to use empirical methods to test these findings more contextually in the field.
