Abstract

Abstract

This study examines the morality and attitudes of Islamic entrepreneurs in modern Islamic businesses in the digital economy era. The study aims to analyze the role of spiritual values, Islamic business ethics, and Islamic work culture in building ethical and sustainable businesses. The method used is a qualitative approach with library research through analysis of relevant journals, books, and scientific articles. Data analysis techniques used content analysis to identify the concepts of morality, spirituality, and Islamic business ethics. The results show that the values ​​of shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah are essential foundations for building integrity, consumer loyalty, and a professional organizational culture. The implementation of spirituality in digital marketing, social media, and the work culture of Islamic financial institutions can also increase public trust and business sustainability. This study confirms that spirituality and ethics are not only religious values ​​but also business strategies in facing the challenges of the modern digital economy.
