Implementasi Prinsip Bisnis Islam dalam Akad Syariah pada Sistem Ekonomi Modern

Abstract
Islamic business refers to economic activity that is not solely profit-oriented but is also grounded in sharia values derived fromthe quran and hadith. This article aims to provide an understanding of the fundamental principles of islamic business, the conduct of business in an islamic manner, and the objectives and orientation of islamic business. To achieve this, various references regarding sharia-complaiant business were examined through aliterature review. The findings indicate that the principles of islamic business include tawhid(monotheism), justice, honesty, and trustworthiness (amanah), alongside the elimination of riba (usury), gharar (uncertainty/ambiguity), and maysir (gambling). Transparency, product halal status, and ethical conduct in transaction are top priorities in the practice of islamic business. Furthermore, unlike conventional business, islamic business focuses on barakah (divine blessing) and social welfare in addition to financial profit. Consequently, it is anticipated that the application of islamic business principles will facilitate the establishment of an economic system that is just, ethical, and sustainable.
