Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Depresi perinatal merupakan masalah kesehatan mental yang sering dialami oleh ibu hamil dan menyusui. Trauma psikologis yang dialami sebelum hamil dapat berdampak signifikan terhadap kesehatan mental ibu hamil, termasuk meningkatkan risiko depresi perinatal. (Shamblaw et al., 2019) Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa trauma psikologis dapat mempengaruhi fungsi sosial yang dapat meningkatkan risiko depresi perinatal. Namun, masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam penelitian yang menyelidiki hubungan spesifik antara trauma psikologis dan depresi perinatal. (Nanni et al., 2012) Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan trauma psikologis pada ibu hamil dengan gejala depresi perinatal di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Surabaya.
Metode: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Cross Sectional Study dengan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 96 orang ibu hamil dan menyusui di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Surabaya. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan pemberian kuesioner (EPDS) & (TEQ) kepada responden yang diisi secara tertulis. Data dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan uji Spearman Rho dengan aplikasi statistik SPSS.
Hasil: Hasil analisis uji Spearman Rho diperoleh nilai p = 0,503 (p > 0,050), dengan Koefisien Korelasi r = 0,069 yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Trauma Psikologis dengan Gejala Depresi Perinatal di RS Muhammadiyah Surabaya. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara trauma psikologis pada ibu hamil dan menyusui dengan gejala depresi perinatal di RS Muhammadiyah Surabaya.
