HUBUNGAN KADAR LIMFOSIT DAN NEUTROFIL DENGAN DERAJAT KEPARAHAN PASIEN COVID-19 DI RSUD HAJI PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR

Abstrak

COVID-19 adalah penyakit yang ditimbulkan akibat infeksi virus SARS- CoV-2 dan dapat menyebabkan gejala ringan hingga berat, termasuk kesulitan bernapas, demam, batuk serta kelelahan. Beberapa pasien bahkan dapat mengalami gejala yang berat hingga berujung kematian (Gao et al., 2020). Prevalensi COVID-19 mulai meningkat hingga 12 Maret 2020, WHO menetapkan sebagai suatu kejadian pandemik. Penelitian sebelumnya telah menunjukkan hubungan antara rasio neutrofil limfosit sebagai prediktor kasus COVID- 19 serangan berat pada pasien dewasa dan hubungan antara rasio neutrofil limfosit dengan derajat klinis COVID-19 pada pasien anak (Pramono, 2021 dan Sintoro, 2021). Namun, belum ada penelitian yang menguji terkait kadar limfosit dan neutrofil dengan derajat keparahan COVID-19 pada pasien dewasa. Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan kadar limfosit dan neutrofil dengan derajat keparahan pada pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode : Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode Cross Sectional Study yang bersifat analitik observasional menggunakan tehnik Simpe Random Sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 98 pasien rawat inap COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur. Pengambilan data penelitian dilakukan dengan melihat hasil laboratorium dan rekam medis pasien. Data yang telah didapatkan kemuda dieksklusi dan dilakukan analisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square melalui apliasi SPSS. Hasil : Sampel mayoritas berusia 60 hingga 69 tahun dimana didapatkan total 30 pasien dari jumlah keseluruhan pasien yakni 98 pasien (30,6%). Hasil uji statistic Chi-Square didapatkan nilai Pearson Chi-Square dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,351 > taraf signifikansi (0,05) maka H0 diterima Ha ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan kejadian Limfosit dengan Derajat Keparahan. Hasil serupa didapatkan pula pada kadar neutrofil yaitu ketidakadanya hubungan antara kadar neutrofil dengan derajat keparahan yang mana nilai p-value nya sebesar 0,327 > taraf signifikansi (0,05). Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan kadar limfosit dan neutrofil dengan derajat keparahan pada pasien COVID-19 di RSUD Haji Provinsi Jawa Timur
