The "Reader Support Training for Malaysian Teachers and Parents to Improve Students’ Literacy and Numeracy Skills" project aims to improve the quality of education in Malaysia by providing training to teachers and parents on effective strategies for supporting students' literacy and numeracy skills. The project will be implemented in collaboration with local schools and community organizations, and is expected to result in improved literacy and numeracy skills among students, increased engagement in reading and learning activities, and strengthened partnerships between schools, community organizations, and parents.
A learning approach based on national values, such as introducing Indonesian history, culture, art, and values as a whole and structured in the learning process. The development of national literacy in students of the Kampung Baru Guidance Studio is to actively involve students in activities related to national literacy, provide adequate support and facilities in the process learning as well as creating a conducive environment for student to develop love for Indonesia and increase the sense of unity.
