Abstrak

This study aims to explore and improve the management of the International Office in Muhammadiyah Aisyiyah Higher Education Institutions to facilitate the implementation of better internationalization. Qualitative research methods are used to analyze data collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study show that the provision of scaffolding or structural support in international office management can increase the effectiveness of internationalization programs. This includes improving staff competence, clearer policy formulation, and providing adequate resources. The study recommends closer cooperation between higher education institutions and international partners and increased training for staff to support internationalization programs. The implementation of these findings is expected to strengthen the institution's position in global competition and improve the quality of education offered.
