Focus and Scope

This journal focuses on the publication of research results and scientific articles on economics, business, management and accounting, especially on the following topics:

Financial Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Change Management, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Public Sector Accounting, Tax Accounting, Auditing, Information Systems, Development Economics, Monetary Economics, Public Policy.

Peer Review Process

One reviewer reviews at least one manuscript and the manuscript is reviewed by at least one reviewer, The review process will be carried out by Double Blind Peer Review. The reviewer receives an anonymous manuscript from the section editor or secretariat, and the author also does not know who reviewed the article. If it is not in accordance with their competence, the reviewer has the right to reject the manuscript and recommend it to another reviewer who is more competent.

Reviewers review the manuscript from the aspects of quality and substance of writing (not manuscript grammar), which includes novelty, originality, usefulness, and validity of citations and bibliography.

Reviewers advise editors to accept or reject the article. The editors will make a decision based on the reviewer's report, and if necessary, they will consult with members of the editorial board. The editors' decision is final.

Frequency of Publication

Iconemba: International Conference on Economics, Management, Business, and Accounting is published once a year in May in each volume.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides open access which in principle makes research freely available to the public and will support the largest global knowledge exchange.
