Abstrak
Penelitian ini mengkaji pelaksanaan program Pelatihan Guru PAUD Berbasis Experiential-Deep Learning Kemaritiman untuk Menumbuhkan Ecoliteracy di Pesisir Pantai Kenjeran, Surabaya. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru PAUD dalam menerapkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman (experiential learning) dan pembelajaran mendalam (deep learning) yang berfokus pada isu lingkungan pesisir, seperti pencemaran pantai dan kerusakan ekosistem laut. Sebelum pelatihan, mayoritas guru belum memahami konsep-konsep tersebut. Pelatihan ini telah diikuti oleh 40 guru PAUD di lingkup IGTKI Kenjeran. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan intensif, terdapat peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru, dengan skor post-test yang lebih tinggi dalam hal penguasaan topik seperti ecoliteracy, perancangan RPP berbasis lingkungan, serta pembuatan media pembelajaran kreatif. Terdapat kenaikan pemahaman peserta dengan rerata 54,2%. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan berbasis pengalaman efektif dalam menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan pada anak usia dini, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan kompetensi guru PAUD di kawasan pesisir Kenjeran.
