Abstrak
Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Al Manshurien di Desa Gili Timur, Bangkalan merupakan salah satu motor penggerak perekonomian masyarakat, namun terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi terkait keterbatasan inovasi produk handicraft jamu. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan kapasitas inovasi mitra melalui pelatihan pengembangan handicraft inovatif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, pemberian pelatihan desain dan inovasi produk, pendampingan praktik pembuatan produk, hingga evaluasi hasil karya. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya pemahaman mengenai strategi pengemasan produk menarik dan bernilai jual tinggi; adanya peningkatan kreativitas UKM dalam menciptakan variasi produk baru inovatif dari aspek desain, motif, dan fungsi Simpulan kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan pengembangan handicraft dapat meningkatkan kreativitas mitra dan memperkuat identitas produk jamu menarik. Implikasi kegiatan ini adalah perlunya keberlanjutan program pendampingan pemasaran produk inovatif UKM secara luas bagi masyarakat.
