Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas sudah menjadi sesuatu hal yang sangat penting bagi para guru
dalam dunia pendidikan terutama ketika para guru tersebut di dalam kelas membina
anak didiknya. Pengelolaan kelas tidak hanya berupa pengaturan kelas, fasilitas fisik
dan rutinitas. Kegiatan pengelolaan kelas dimaksudkan untuk menciptakan dan
mempertahankan suasana dan kondisi kelas. Sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat
berlangsung secara efektif. Dengan adanya pengelolaan kelas diharapkan mampu
meringankan tugas para guru untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dalam
meningkatkan efektifitas pembelajaran.
