Abstrak

Identitas profesional merupakan bagian penting dalam pembentukan karakter mahasiswa sebagai calon profesional, khususnya dalam menghadapi tuntutan akademik dan dunia kerja. Salah satu faktor psikologis yang berperan dalam proses tersebut adalah resiliensi. Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan individu untuk bertahan dan menyesuaikan diri ketika menghadapi tekanan. Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dengan pengembangan identitas profesional mahasiswa serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelusuran dan kajian literatur dari jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi berperan penting dalam memperkuat identitas profesional mahasiswa dengan membantu mereka mengelola stres akademik, mempertahankan motivasi belajar, serta memahami peran dan nilai profesi yang dijalani. Selain itu, lingkungan belajar yang mendukung, dukungan sosial, kurikulum yang reflektif, dan peran dosen sebagai teladan turut berkontribusi dalam pengembangan resiliensi dan identitas profesional.
