Peran Motivasi dan Teknik Strategi Pembelajaran Anatomi Yang Baik Pada Mahasiswa Kedokteran

Abstrak

Ilmu anatomi merupakan mata kuliah penting dalam pendidikan kedokteran, namun dikenal memiliki tingkat kompleksitas dan beban kognitif yang tinggi sehingga menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya motivasi belajar yang kuat serta pemilihan teknik belajar yang efektif agar pemahaman dan retensi pengetahuan anatomi dapat tercapai secara optimal. Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis motivasi belajar dan teknik belajar anatomi yang efektif pada mahasiswa kedokteran. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui basis data PubMed dengan kata kunci terkait pembelajaran anatomi, motivasi belajar, dan strategi belajar, mencakup publikasi sepuluh tahun terakhir. Sebanyak 20 artikel yang relevan dianalisis, terdiri dari penelitian kuantitatif, kualitatif, dan systematic review. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan, ketekunan, dan kesejahteraan mental mahasiswa. Berbagai teknik belajar, seperti visualisasi tiga dimensi (VR, AR, dan model 3D), pembelajaran aktif (flipped classroom, team-based learning, dan gamifikasi), serta strategi self-regulated learning, terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan kualitas pengalaman belajar anatomi. Namun, peningkatan motivasi tidak selalu berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan nilai akademik, sehingga integrasi metode inovatif konvensional dan kontekstualisasi klinis menjadi kunci pembelajaran anatomi yang efektif. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara motivasi dan teknik belajar sangat penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan akademik dan kesiapan profesional mahasiswa kedokteran.
