ICT Learning can be used to facilitate the cooperation between educators and students.
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be used as learning media to convey
information or teaching materials. As a teacher, it is now required to be able to create
innovative, creative and fun learning media. The “vectorian giotto†program is a vector-based
animation program whose making animation is based the timeline. It serves to provide the
object change points that are writing, images, videos, sounds, etc are from the first change
point (keyframe) to the point of change next (second keyframe). In the ICT learning course
using the “vectorian giottoâ€Â program, the student is demanded to make innovative and
creative learning media. This program is complete enough to create an illustrative animation
in making learning media, users can enter writing, images, videos, or sounds into this
program designed as an animation, so that many objects can be compiled through this
