TRANSFORMASI KELAS IBU HAMIL MELALUI INOVASI DIGITAL DAN PENDEKATAN PSIKOLOGIS: SEBUAH SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW
Abstrak
Maternal Class (MC) is a primary pillar in
prenatal education, yet challenges such as low participation and monotonous delivery methods remain significant obstacles.
Objective: This study explores how integrating digital technology into MC can bolster clinical knowledge and psychological preparedness.
Method: Adopting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) framework guided by PRISMA protocols, we analyzed a curated selection of 25 articles published from 2022 to 2025.
Results: The data reveal that digital-based MC and blended learning models outperform traditional approaches in strengthening knowledge retention. Additionally, physical interventions—specifically prenatal yoga—demonstrated clear efficacy in lowering anxiety levels for primigravida mothers.
Conclusion: By merging technological advancement with dedicated psychological care, MC can facilitate a more supportive and humane birthing journey.
