Kesejahteraan mahasiswa kedokteran merupakan kondisi multidimensional yang krusial dalam pembentukan profesionalisme calon tenaga medis. Pendidikan kedokteran dengan beban kurikulum yang padat dan tuntutan emosional tinggi menempatkan mahasiswa pada risiko besar mengalami burnout akademik, yang ditandai dengan kelelahan emosional, ketidakpedulian, dan penurunan pencapaian pribadi. Metode yang digunakan untuk membuat studi ini adalah tinjauan literasi. Tinjauan literasi ini bertujuan untuk menggabungkan berbagai literatur mengenai konsep burnout, faktor risiko, peran strategi koping dan dukungan lingkungan pada fase preklinik dan klinik yang kemudian dihubungkan dengan kesejahteraan mahasiswa kedokteran. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa masalah kesehatan mental mempunyai tingkat kejadian yang tinggi, terutama dipicu oleh beban akademik dan kurangnya dukungan sosial. Meskipun intervensi modern seperti teknologi digital dan coaching memberikan dampak positif, integrasi sistemik dalam kurikulum masih terbatas. Tinjauan ini menyimpulkan bahwa diperlukan model intervensi berkelanjutan yang bersifat preventif dan promotif serta sensitif terhadap konteks lokal guna mendukung kesejahteraan dan profesionalisme mahasiswa secara holistik.
