PENGGUNAAN NITROVASODILATOR SEBAGAI DONOR OKSIDA NITRIK PADA PREEKLAMSIA
Abstrak
Disfungsi endotel memegang peranan penting dalam patogenesis preeklamsia yang menyebabkan insufisiensi produksi dan sekresi oksida nitrik endotel. Hal ini dapat dikoreksi dengan donor oksida nitrik yang berupa nitrovasodilator. Seperti Nitrogliserin (GTN), Sodium nitroprusside (SNP), S-nitrosogluthatione (GSNO), dan Isosorbid dinitrat (ISDN). Donor oksida nitrik mempunyai efek biologis terhadap sirkulasi fetoplasenta, seperti relaksasi arteri uterina, arteri umbilikus dan pembuluh darah plasenta, relaksasi otot polos uterus, mencegah mikrotrombi pada sirkulasi fetoplasenta, mencegah hipertensi ibu yang tidak terkontrol, meningkatkan cairan amnion, dan mencegah pertumbuhan janin terhambat.Referensi
