Strategi Pengelolaan Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Krian Untuk Bertahan Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Bank Syariah pada mulanya dikembangkan karena respon dari kalangan ahli ekonomi dan praktisi perbankan muslim yang berupaya memberikan dorongan dari berbagai pihak yang menginginkan agar tersedia jasa transaksi keuangan berlandaskan atas prinsip syariah. Perbankan Syariah adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat menjanjikan untuk Indonesia, perkembangan perbankan saat ini juga dinilai sangat pesat. Perjalanan perbankan syariah tidak selamanya dapat  berjalan dengan lancar. Indonesia saat ini dilanda adanya virus covid 19 yang  berdampak pada perekonomian di Indonesia. Lembaga keuangan yang ada di Indonesia menangani jasa keuangan adalah bank syariah mandiri. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan strategi pengelolaan Bank Syariah Mandiri untuk bertahan ditengah pandemi covid-19, dengan memperkenalkan produk bank syariah mandiri mealalui telemarketing, mengadakan webinar untuk menjalin silaturrahim dengan nasabah, memanfaatkan ekosistem seperti pendidikan, dan instansi pemerintahan, sarta mengajak para nasabah untuk bertransaksi melalui alat pembayaran non tunai.
